She started the process by coming up with just the right sales price (a science in and of itself), so exact the house sold within a week after it went on the market. Christina was enormously helpful in suggesting names of people who could help us in our move and frequently checked in and solicited feedback. Christina did a wonderful, professional job selling my mother's house.  The whole process, from signing her listing contract to the closing at the attorney's office, was a breeze...because she knows what she's doing.  She convinced me she would get more money for the sale of the house than I could trying to sell it on my own...and she did!  I was going to be away for the summer and knew I could trust her to take care of anything that might come up.  She took time to do the extra things too...the house was empty, so she did house checks to make sure everything was OK.  She even arranged to have a fallen large tree branch removed from the property.  I have no hesitation in saying you won't be disappointed with her commitment to selling your house.

We’ve owned a home in Port Royal since 2006 and over that time have met numerous realtors who profess to know the Port Royal market.  Christina Forbis however, is the only one who really does.  She has an excellent knowledge of the area, as well as past, current and upcoming listings and sales.  She gave us a thorough market analysis and discussed things we should consider doing to improve the marketability, and sales price of our home.  With us living out of state, she handled everything to make the sale go through, beginning with advance marketing to professional photographs of our home, verification of HOA assessment payments, arranging for carpet cleaning, coordinating the repair work with our handyman, termite inspection, to recommend of a closing attorney.  This is our fourth real estate purchase or sale in Hilton Head Island, but our first with Christina.  Her level of customer service far exceeds the others.  We’ll never use anyone else; she’s great.

My father lived in South Carolina and had to move back to Indiana in a short time. Ric not only listed my father's South Carolina house, but has been an incredible source of local information in the process. There was repair need to get the house on the market, and Ric stepped up with excellent contacts in the local area to help with the work at a more than reasonable cost.  Ric has kept the lines of communication in this rather challenging process open, and his help  is the only thing that has made it possible for us to sell this house while living 800 miles away.
